About the role
- Generate new leads through multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (meetings with decision-makers in a Mid-Market segment)
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information
- Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
- Excellent proficiency in multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B)
- Ideally, experience in Conversational AI sales, particularly with Voice Technology
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
- Location in the U.S. in the EST time zone
