About the role
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in your assigned territory
- Responsible for new customer acquisition through to after-sales support
- Develop effective sales initiatives and maintain ongoing communication with customers in the HoReCa sector
- Conduct pricing and contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage general administrative tasks
- Proactively analyze customer processes and needs and plan regular training to ensure Lavazza brand quality standards
- Conduct regular market analyses and derive appropriate actions
- Implement sales promotion activities
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of the out-of-home (HoReCa) market
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and residence within the sales territory
