About the role
- Design a new controlling model for ECS Vending business, including KPI definition and financial tool implementation, in collaboration with HQ and local teams
- Lead annual budget preparation, forecasting cycles, and long-term planning, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and timelines
- Coordinate with Functional, Regional, and Country teams to align financial KPIs, standardize business result interpretation, and share best practices
- Support integration of newly acquired entities into the ECS vending controlling framework
- Monitor vending business financial performance, analyze variances vs. forecasts, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Track progress of business initiatives to evaluate outcomes and ROI against expectations
- Perform monthly variance analysis and comparative performance reviews across markets and business units
- Assist ECS management in identifying and driving cross-business initiatives to improve profitability, working capital, pricing accuracy, and capex control
- Collaborate with ECS Marketing and R&D to assess new opportunities in the Vending business
Requirements
- Consolidated experience in a Business Controller/Finance Business Partner role in a complex, multinational context
- Previous experience handling extraordinary corporate operations and supporting business development activities
- Active involvement in acquisitions and integration processes
- Fluent english essential; knowledge of french considered a plus
- Available for frequent international travel
