About the role
- Perform pipeline engineering activities in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Support project scope development, participate in client and project team meetings, and provide technical input during bids and project execution.
- Interface with Project Managers to achieve project objectives related to quality, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct periodic site visits, support construction activities, and respond to RFIs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta and/or British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
- 4–10 years of pipeline engineering and/or pipeline facilities experience, including valve sites, barrel sites, meter stations, Z662 compressor stations, and pump station piping.
- Strong understanding of CSA Z662, ASME, API, and other relevant standards and regulations.
