Provide expert mentorship and support to teammates, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Actively lead and contribute to code reviews, spec reviews, and architecture design, ensuring alignment with best practices, long-term scalability, and maintainability.
Play a key role in advancing engineering standards, tooling, and processes across the technology organization.

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend development, or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience.
Willingness to work 2 days per week in our Oakland, CA office for mentorship and learning purposes.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as React.
Experience building data-focused products such as experimentation platforms, analytics dashboards, or large-scale data visualizations.
Experience working directly with customers and understands how their work impacts business goals.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
Proven ability to work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners, like product, design, and data scientists.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability and extensibility.
Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools and practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
