Own and drive the end-to-end execution of large, complex technical programs
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to define program scope and objectives
Implement, refine, and champion lightweight program management best practices
Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular status updates
Facilitate effective decision-making and alignment among diverse teams

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex software engineering projects, particularly in a SaaS, cloud-native, or distributed systems environment
Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams
Proficiency with program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Google Workspace)
