About the role
- Support Management Team in operations management and team leadership
- Drive the store’s daily performance and inspire employees to achieve sales goals
- Ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolve customer concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and organize the sales floor
- Enhance visual merchandising and ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards
- Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes
- Execute strategic sales management initiatives to contribute to store profitability
- Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs to support peak operations
- Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals
Requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- Ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
