About the role
- Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure excellent customer service.
- Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to keep the store looking its best.
- Perform cashier duties, accurately process payments, and maintain a positive final impression.
- Maintain product knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve customer experience and boost sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that meets company standards.
- Lift and carry merchandise (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and remain on feet for most of shifts.
Requirements
- Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role.
- Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
- Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
- Excitement to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
- Ability to lift and carry shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and be on your feet for most of the shift.
