About the role

  • Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Client Success & Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and delivering measurable improvements in campaign performance. Ensure all client KPIs are met or exceeded within the first 6 months.
  • Project & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Sales, User Acquisition, Editorial, Analytics, Media Ops, Finance, and Business Stakeholders to flawlessly execute client onboardings and ongoing campaign management, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Present performance marketing data in a compelling and strategic manner, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain meticulous control over project timelines, budgets, and execution processes, improving internal efficiency and communication across teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and media buying platforms to drive campaign innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that unlocks business outcomes/growth
  • Proven track record in project management, managing multiple projects concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
