About the role
- Own the UX design for assigned features from concept through release, ensuring solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, QA, Customer Care, and Retail teams to design and deliver new features across consumer-facing digital experiences (web, native app, email).
- Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes across multiple viewports and devices.
- Design high-quality UI components and interactions, including motion elements when appropriate to enhance usability and engagement.
- Work within existing information architecture frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
- Leverage CRO practices, usability testing, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and iteratively improve customer experiences.
- Identify usability issues using customer feedback, analytics, and operational insights, and recommend UX improvements that enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Present UX and UI concepts to cross-functional partners and leadership to drive alignment and support decision-making.
- Actively participate in design critiques, presenting work for feedback and offering constructive input on others' designs.
- Support and occasionally guide junior designers through feedback and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related field
- Digital portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and visual execution
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma
- Strong working knowledge of UX design processes, best practices, and methodologies
- Ability to balance technical constraints, company goals, and customer needs to deliver effective digital experiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and presenting in English.
