About the role
- Oversee global security operations and incident response program
- Manage global SOC function and day-to-day operations
- Serve as primary operational owner for MSSP relationships
- Own global incident response program, including policies and playbooks
- Lead vulnerability triage and operational risk review processes
- Define and track incident response metrics and reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate information technology or cybersecurity roles
- 3+ years of experience leading security operations or incident response teams
- Strong understanding of SOC workflows, threat detection, SIEM operations
- Experience developing and governing incident response policies and playbooks
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews
- Hands-on experience with incident response, digital forensics, and vulnerability triage
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or equivalent preferred
