About the role
- Own and scale Launch Potato's Partner Network by growing publisher supply, driving advertiser demand, and building the operational foundation for a durable, high-margin business.
- Stabilize and grow the existing book of 40+ publisher relationships within the first 90 days - reduce churn risk, establish performance baselines, and identify top expansion opportunities.
- Drive year-over-year margin growth for the Partner Network with a clear operating plan and measurable progress by Q3.
- Build cross-functional trust with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales within the first 6 months - measured by active collaboration on at least two joint initiatives.
- Launch at least one net-new vertical or traffic channel by end of year with positive margin contribution.
- Hire and onboard a first Account Manager within 6 months, contingent on business performance and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience running or building an affiliate or performance network with direct P&L accountability, including personal ownership of publisher and advertiser relationships at scale
- Proficiency in Looker or comparable BI tools is required
- Hands-on experience with TUNE or a comparable affiliate tracking platform
- 8-12 years in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or digital media with demonstrated ownership of revenue or margin growth.
