• Coordinate calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones to support international team collaboration.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications.
• Manage logistics for care packages and essential supplies to support international staff.
• Equip international staff through training on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.

• Lead the full grant life-cycle, including research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewals.
• Write persuasive, data-informed grant proposals, LOIs, and related communications.
• Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate across teams and divisions to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with funding partners, providing timely updates and reports.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong stewardship across all grant efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of grant opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute written content across digital and print platforms, and actively engage prospective funding organizations.
