Director

• Staff Engagement Director plays a critical role in the Global Resource Team, championing the holistic well-being and development of our staff.
• This leader is committed to empowering all Launch Global staff to flourish in both life and work, ultimately multiplying their Kingdom impact worldwide.
• Focuses on bringing a Staff Engagement perspective to organizational leaders and peers throughout Launch Global.
• Provides executive oversight to the Staff Engagement Team, ensuring they effectively provide care, coaching, MPD support, Sabbatical guidance, strengths and gifting assessments, and spiritual formation to all Launch Global staff.
• Fosters a healthy organizational culture, ensuring that the SE team provides all staff with the support needed through life and ministry transitions.
• Reports to the CEO and collaborates with other departments to jointly execute various and relevant objectives.
• Responsible for all recruiting, hiring, shepherding, and leading for the Care Team Sr. Manager, Life and Leadership Coaching Sr. Manager, Staff Experience Sr. Manager, and the Leader Development Sr. Manager.
