About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full grant life-cycle, including research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewals.
Write persuasive, data-informed grant proposals, LOIs, and related communications.
Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Collaborate across teams and divisions to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with funding partners, providing timely updates and reports.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong stewardship across all grant efforts.
Maintain accurate records of grant opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Contribute written content across digital and print platforms, and actively engage prospective funding organizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of nonprofit grant writing or major donor communication experience
Experience working on a communications and/or development team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
