About the role
- Manage and respond to tickets from employees and outside vendors in our HR Service Desk.
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and administration of our HR systems to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
- Contribute to improving the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Enhance processes that foster a positive, cohesive employee experience.
- Learn to design, generate, and iterate upon regular and ad-hoc reports to support the needs of various HR stakeholders.
- Work closely across the People team to participate in audits, address data discrepancies, and promote best practices in data entry.
- Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related reporting inquiries and assist with historical records requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our HR Systems Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS.
- Participate in implementing system enhancements to streamline HR processes.
Requirements
- Experience using HRIS or HCM platforms; bonus points if you’ve used Lattice previously.
- Experience using Jira or a similar ticketing system is a plus.
- You love spreadsheets and have basic knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A willingness and genuine excitement to jump in and solve a variety of challenges and a passion for continuous growth.
