Ensure our core business systems are reliable, scalable, and well-aligned to go-to-market, customer retention, and operational efficiency priorities
Translate company and functional priorities into an executable business systems roadmap, and drive disciplined delivery against it
Own the execution and optimization of our business systems technical stack
Act as a hands-on leader, remaining close to configuration, integrations, and data flows
Partner closely with functional leaders in Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, HR, and RevOps
Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers and Admins

Requirements

10-12 years of directly related experience in business systems
At least 5+ years in leading small, fast paced technology teams
Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite is required
Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies or intelligent automation to GTM or operational outcomes
A proven track record of designing and supporting critical SaaS processes, specifically Lead-to-Opportunity, Pricing & Packaging, and Renewals
Experience managing Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver complex system implementations on aggressive schedules
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
