About the role

  • Serve as the lead ServiceNow Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Architect and deliver scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.

Requirements

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.
