About the role
- Design and develop lighting control systems and assist with projects involving Switchgear and electrical control systems.
- Serve as a technical liaison between manufacturers and clients (architects, engineers, contractors, etc.).
- Provide engineering support during project design, development, and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Utilize design tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in lighting, electrical systems, and switchgear to support company growth.
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on lighting control systems.
- Experience with Switchgear design or integration strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across manufacturers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- PE license not required.
