💰 $130,000 - $190,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee the team’s efforts for the design, analysis, manufacturing and testing of a range of large rotating machines
- Assign, develop and train electrical engineers within the group
- Support the quotation and planning efforts of new work
- Manage existing orders on time and within budget allocations
- Ensure all technical work and documentation is within departmental and corporate guidance
Requirements
- Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approval
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with the design, analysis and manufacture of rotating machines
- 10 years of engineering experience in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Prior industrial experience in nuclear or military applications/specifications
- 5+ years of prior engineering resource management experience
