Salary
💰 $140,000 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to recruit qualified lateral associate candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, with a focus on supporting the practice group model
- Managing and evaluating relationships with search firms and external vendors, ensuring competitive fee structures and continuous process improvement
- Preparing and communicating statistics, marketing materials, and progress reports to ensure alignment with practice group needs
- Organizing, delegating, and coordinating staff work by managing workflow and conducting performance evaluations to ensure effective leadership
- Promoting effective work practices by working as a team member and demonstrating respect for others
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in legal recruiting or a professional services environment
- A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably
