About the role
- Coordinating employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and orientation, departures, and transfers and providing support to the team with regard to all employee lifecycle queries
- Acting as a first point of contact, providing HR information and advice regarding the Firm’s policies and procedures
- Monitoring and responding to requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system for the HR department
- Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with all stakeholders and relevant global departments
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in HR
- A bachelor’s degree, focus in a HR related field, preferably; a minimum of one (1) years’ HR experience may be considered
