About the role

  • Perform all activities necessary to process payroll efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain payroll team email inbox and respond to employee payroll queries
  • Perform data entry tasks in various payroll systems and review/update payroll submission documents
  • Proactively collate payroll-related supporting documentation (starters, leavers, maternity, etc.)
  • Process new starters and leavers, ensuring required documentation is received/submitted
  • Upload and input ad hoc spreadsheet information (overtime, benefits, additional allowances) into payroll software
  • Assist with maintenance of employee personal data in payroll systems
  • Liaise with Well-Being & Benefits department to ensure timely benefits payroll administration

Requirements

  • Experience in a payroll/legal accounting role, preferably
  • Experience with Multiple Payroll Frequencies, preferably
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
  • Knowledge and understanding of typical work processes performed daily in an office environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably
