About the role

  • Provide direct administrative support to an assigned group of local attorneys and global team support
  • Work in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learn internal systems and processes and find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserve the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
  • Generate, edit, and post client invoices
  • Role located in the Singapore office with possible hybrid flexible working schedule

Requirements

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
  • Possess both verbal and written communication in English, additional languages beneficial
  • A Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree and/or prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
