About the role
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters.
- Helping establish and agree contract playbooks with current and new clients.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and assisting with their professional development and ongoing training.
- Testing Robin’s technology products and providing feedback for improvements.
- Involvement in business-related projects as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 1 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating the core transactional documents (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters).
- Previous experience with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients, whether in-house, at a service provider or at a law firm.
- Understanding of typical fund transaction structures and timelines.
- Initiative in seeking answers to interesting practical and legal issues.
- Both technical and commercial mindset.
