• Contribute to the backend development in a product-focused squad
• Collaborate on design decisions and write high-quality, well-tested code that solves challenging problems

• Build "hard" evaluation sets to identify failure modes of language models with legal data.
• Build infrastructure for running experiments and visualising results.
• Communicate results internally and publicly and mentor junior researchers to build a collaborative culture.
• Stay updated with the latest research in machine learning, AI, knowledge representation and retrieval.
