Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership roles such as Head of QA, or QA Director.
Proven experience managing multiple QA teams and large-scale testing initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in defining, measuring, and improving QA metrics and processes.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, client-server architecture, and testing methodologies.
Experience with QA and test management systems (TestRail, Testmo, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and modern QA automation concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English level: Advanced or Upper-Intermediate+.
