About the role
- Test web and mobile applications to ensure smooth performance and high quality
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on requirement clarification and sprint planning
- Work closely with the designer to ensure visual and UX consistency
- Partner with a team of 5 developers (1 frontend, 4 backend) to plan and execute releases
- Document and report issues clearly in Jira
- Maintain and update test documentation
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives — as part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and QA best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
- Proven experience working on fintech projects
- Practical experience testing web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques
- Ability to create clear test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
- Interest in developing skills in Automation Testing
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of automation frameworks or scripting
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or basic SQL for API validation
- Prior experience in cross-functional agile teams.
