About the role
- Monitor and resolve Amazon listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues
- Manage ASIN reinstatements and Seller Central case escalations
- Track and respond to trademark, safety, and data-related flags
- Ensure top-revenue SKUs remain live, compliant, and fully optimized
- Own and maintain product feeds through ChannelAdvisor
- Diagnose and resolve feed errors, missing attributes, and incorrect mappings
- Use ChannelAdvisor business rules to identify and fix data issues
- Maintain accurate, complete product data across marketplaces
- Identify suppressed or underperforming SKUs with direct revenue impact
- Coordinate with third-party recovery vendors when applicable
- Monitor FBA-related issues including inventory discrepancies and inbound errors
- Ensure recoverable revenue is identified, tracked, and recovered
- Support additional marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, and Target as capacity allows
- Maintain Amazon as the top priority, expanding systematically afterward
- Assist with corrective data entry for new and existing products
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex marketplace issues independently
- Experience managing large SKU counts and data-heavy catalogs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on revenue impact
