About the role

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening and interview scheduling and coordination through offer, for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to set clear expectations, guide decision making, and strengthen calibration, evaluation, and selection practices in alignment with business goals
  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence on talent availability, hiring risks, and effective recruiting strategies
  • Leverage a mix of traditional and creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage diverse, high-quality talent
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning
  • Stay connected to local talent market trends, industry shifts, and competitive insights to position LastPass as an employer of choice
  • Use data and insights to refine recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting data, including pipeline health, time to fill, funnel conversion, and hiring activity
  • Partner with TA leadership to prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for forecasting and planning
  • Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience through clear communication and follow through at every stage

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Specialist, or Recruitment Advisor, with the ability to make sound hiring decisions through clear judgment and thoughtful prioritization
  • A strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach, paired with accountability and follow‑through
  • Ability to use recruiting data and insights to track pipeline health, identify opportunities, and support planning and decision-making
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering a consistently strong candidate experience, even as priorities shift
  • Solid understanding of local talent markets, recruiting trends, and best practices, with the curiosity and adaptability to adjust as markets evolve
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnership across teams, regions, and time zones
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectation
