About the role

  • Proactively engaging in lead generation and account development, you'll follow up on leads from marketing or targeted lists, uncovering prospects' business needs
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you'll contribute to strategies, campaigns, and cross/upsell activities within existing accounts
  • Maintaining best practices around lead cadence, ensuring immediate contact with leads, and driving continuous engagement to meet opportunity and meeting targets
  • Participate in centralized outbound campaigns, working with various teams such as Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies through data and feedback, leveraging CRM insights, performance metrics, and market signals to improve conversion rates and drive smarter prospecting

Requirements

  • Naturally curious and highly coachable, with a strong drive to exceed goals and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Skilled at building rapport quickly, with strong interpersonal abilities that support effective outreach and relationship development
  • Confident making 50+ cold calls daily, with genuine enthusiasm for connecting with prospects and building a long-term career in sales
  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to personal and professional growth
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, always seeking ways to refine techniques and contribute to team success
