About the role
- Lead your clinic to success by combining strategic oversight with hands-on sales contributions
- Oversee daily scheduling, ensuring the clinic is busy while maintaining proper breaks for staff
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics
- Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies
- Ensure the clinic operates under LaserAway's brand standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians
- Manage medical inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
- Proven success in consultative sales and team management
- Proficient in Google Suite
- CRM systems
- Data analysis
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
