• Participate actively in client meetings to understand their needs and translate them into practical and visual solutions;
• Create clickable prototypes in Figma, focusing on usability and clarity of business rules;
• Map user flows and journeys, structuring screens and components in a scalable way;
• Work alongside Account Managers, Developers and QAs, ensuring consistency between design, business rules and implementation;
• Document design decisions, rules and behaviors to support technical development;
• Monitor delivery stages, ensuring the final product maintains the defined quality standard.

• Perform manual testing of systems and applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs
• Collaborate with the Development and Product teams
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before reaching users
