About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate actively in client meetings to understand their needs and translate them into practical and visual solutions;
Create clickable prototypes in Figma, focusing on usability and clarity of business rules;
Map user flows and journeys, structuring screens and components in a scalable way;
Work alongside Account Managers, Developers and QAs, ensuring consistency between design, business rules and implementation;
Document design decisions, rules and behaviors to support technical development;
Monitor delivery stages, ensuring the final product maintains the defined quality standard.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or equivalent role (minimum 3 years)
Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, prototyping and components
Strong analytical skills and understanding of business rules and system logic
Excellent communication, especially when leading client meetings and presenting solutions
Organized and detail-oriented — you will be the bridge between idea and final product
Experience in software projects (SaaS, internal systems or digital platforms)
Familiarity with technical software development terms (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the conversation!)
