About the role

  • Responsible as well as Accountable for functional as well as technical support of global applications along with team.
  • Acts as a bridge between business and IT as well as ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Manages incidents, change requests, and enhancements for procurement and asset management processes.
  • Ensures that the procurement and asset management processes run smoothly in SAP systems and issues (bugs, performance, process gaps) are resolved prioritizedly.
  • Work in close integration with other SAP as well as Non SAP teams planning, resource alignment, and execution of functional and technical implementations, ensuring scalable design, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish a close collaboration with global IT stakeholders to define and implement skill development plans, ensuring timely completion and measurable impact of training programs for assigned teams.
  • Set targets for the team, conduct periodic performance reviews, and ensure timely completion of annual appraisal cycles with a focus on fairness, development, and results alignment.
  • Manage time sheet compliance, team budgeting, and annual merit/promotion cycles, ensuring accurate tracking, cost efficiency, and fair recognition of performance and potential.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires into global teams, ensuring smooth transition, role clarity, and early engagement for accelerated contribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engg.
  • > 10 years of experience.
  • Ability to manage support as well as development team, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate with IT and business.
  • Experience in change management, training, and documentation.
  • SAP certification in, S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (or MM).
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sourcing and Procurement.
  • SAP PM and PS.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps related to source to pay.
  • Experience in working in international environment with global IT experts & business stakeholders.
