About the role

  • Build, develop, track and define goals and strategies related to Supply Chain & Customer Service
  • Manage the Advanced Industrial Intermediates (AII) Supply Chain personnel and functions including customer service, pricing, exports and inventory planning
  • Responsible for adequate staffing and ensure proper training for supply chain personnel
  • Optimize the utilization of existing SAP and other workflows throughout the AII supply chain organization
  • Actively represent AII in all Supply Chain Excellence related initiatives and activities
  • Develop, track and present KPIs to measure supply chain performance and customer satisfaction
  • Create useful dashboards and build relationships with relevant Supply Chain partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Leadership, Transportation and Warehousing
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is required
  • Strong proficiency in SAP (SD module and order-to-cash processes)
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills
  • Previous project management experience with exceptional analytical thinking skills
