About the role
- Lead and inspire the Maintenance team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all internal and legislative requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and best practices
- Manage preventive and reactive maintenance—always safe, on time, and within budget
- Take decisive action during breakdowns and critical situations, safeguarding safety, environment, and cost
- Collaborate across the site to deliver BU requirements and contribute to strategic decisions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance within chemical manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge (including BRZO compliance)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Expertise in change management and driving improvement
