About the role

  • Lead Product Management for AI Translations and Integrations
  • Shape product vision and strategy with measurable customer and business outcomes
  • Coach skilled Product Managers in AI and Integrations domains
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Machine Learning, User Research, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Drive a transformation of Product Management and Technology to insight-driven teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience owning AI-driven products, ideally within MT, Language AI, or similar domains
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, MT systems, AI Quality Estimation, and agentic AI concepts
  • Experience with APIs, connectors, developer platforms, or bespoke enterprise integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps grounded in customer and market insights
  • Deep knowledge of product discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap ownership
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change
  • Comfort working both strategically and hands-on in complex environments
