Business Development Rep

• Do you have a consultative mindset and be comfortable managing the large volume of inbound requests we receive as well as cold contacting new prospects up to C-Level stakeholders?
• The Business Development Director will be a key factor in our current growth.
• You will work across our ecosystem of technology and services to deliver high value solutions to enterprise clients.
• You will be part of a globally acting team focusing on selling LanguageWire’s techonlogy stack.
• You will work closely with your direct leader, Senior Director and Managing Director US, and also with other departments, such as our customer excellence and onboarding team.
• Driving new business growth and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets across the US region.
• Proactively identifying, hunting and converting new opportunities into signed deals.
• Generating and qualifying leads through strategic outreach, cold-calling, networking and social selling activities.
• Building and developing relationships with future enterprise customers through value-based and consultative conversations.
• Managing and growing a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting in line with LanguageWire guidelines and best practices.
• Driving the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, MSAs, presentations, pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Representing LanguageWire in strategically important meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Regularly visiting prospects and customers onsite to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Delivering proactive follow-up and value-based customer interactions that build trust and long-term partnerships.

Product Designer

• Are you passionate about creating an elegant and intuitive product design our customers love and understand at first glance?
• We are looking for a passionate, hands on Product Designer Trainee who is eager to help us with the company-wide design system and the UX & UI design for our web-based products.
• Together with our cross-functional product teams, you would be participating in all product phases, from discovery to delivery, supporting the product design area to find the best UX flow, create and test prototypes/mockups, and iterate to find the best UI & UX design for the product/feature that users love to work with.
• You work alongside of our main Product Designer with the main objective to get trained and onboarded by her and then later on, when the time comes, work independently with the rest of the team as her maternity leave cover.

• As a Senior Backend Stack Engineer in the Core Platform Team, you’ll be a principal owner of the TMS (Translation Management System) Platform and connected services.
• Drive the architecture, reliability, and evolution of services covering translation workflow orchestration, vendor management, customer management, and integrations with our internal services.
• Set the technical direction for services: defining how they scale, exposing capabilities to other teams, and maintaining the quality bar expected of infrastructure-grade software.
• Take end-to-end ownership of platform service driving their architecture, reliability, and roadmap.
• Author architecture decision records, define service boundaries, and ensure services are designed for scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
• Define and maintain clean, versioned, well-documented REST APIs consumed by internal teams and AI agents.
• Own non-functional requirements like performance, observability, security, and availability across the services you lead.
• From architecture and coding to deployment, monitoring, and on-call support (“You build it, you run it”).
• Mentor and upskill the team: Support mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on architectural guidance.
• Work with product managers and domain experts across the business to shape the platform roadmap and translate real needs into sound technical solutions.
