About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our integrated-service B2B clients, ensuring timely order processing and effective resolution of support tickets.
- Work closely with the Client Solutions team to provide exceptional day-to-day support for enterprise accounts and project management, while refining processes to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with the Language Talent team to support linguists onboarding, testing, training, and ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
- Coordinate internal linguist teams by assigning them to client projects, providing clear guidance, tracking progress and budgets, and serving as the escalation point for complex or urgent issues.
- Analyze and report on support performance, client feedback, complaints, and recurring issues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Develop deep expertise in our services, localization technologies, quality standards, and SLA compliance while staying current on industry trends and product updates to provide the most relevant and accurate support.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in the localization/language industry in B2B client-facing roles (client support, operations, project management, or solutions delivery).
- Proficiency with language technology platforms (CAT, TMS), MT engines, AI models and CRM systems.
- Background in quality assurance or process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and representative skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns from operational data.
- Proactive problem-solver who addresses issues before they escalate.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and accuracy.
