Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our integrated-service B2B clients, ensuring timely order processing and effective resolution of support tickets.
• Work closely with the Client Solutions team to provide exceptional day-to-day support for enterprise accounts and project management, while refining processes to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with the Language Talent team to support linguists onboarding, testing, training, and ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
• Coordinate internal linguist teams by assigning them to client projects, providing clear guidance, tracking progress and budgets, and serving as the escalation point for complex or urgent issues.
• Analyze and report on support performance, client feedback, complaints, and recurring issues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Develop deep expertise in our services, localization technologies, quality standards, and SLA compliance while staying current on industry trends and product updates to provide the most relevant and accurate support.
