Account Executive

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, learning their needs and demonstrating how our products can solve real problems
• Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with sales engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value
• Stay on top of product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape the conversation around GenAI adoption
• Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our deployment and support teams
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
• Bring customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the future roadmap and improve the user experience
• Help define and iterate on our sales playbook - your input will help shape our go to market strategies

Software Engineer

• Build and scale the deployed engineering team, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management as the team grows rapidly.
• Achieve the technical win, driving urgency and focus with our customers, in order to rapidly advance our opportunities across the region.
• Partner with LangChain’s regional sales leader, with shared accountability for revenue outcomes and customer success.
• Lead technical strategy on our most strategic enterprise opportunities, engaging directly with senior technical and business stakeholders to shape evaluations, architecture, and solution design.
• Differentiate LangChain in competitive environments, clearly articulating our technical advantages, product vision, and unique expertise in building and deploying agents in production.
• Set and uphold the technical bar for deployed engineering, staying close to the product and modeling what excellent customer-facing engineering looks like.
• Co-create global playbooks and operating practices, contributing regional insights while maintaining strong global consistency.
• Develop future leaders, building a strong bench of deployed engineers and managers.

Head of Deployed Engineering

Engineer

• Work closely with companies on the frontier of LLM-applications, bringing ideas to production-ready apps
• Collaborate on a wide variety of LLM-apps from concierge search, codegen, agentic co-pilots and more
• Give technical demos the entire suite of LangChain's products
• Lead trainings and workshops on best practices, targeted at developer audiences
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals
• Collaborate closely with engineering, helping translate customer insights and feedback into product improvements
• Lead internally- and externally-facing, special projects that dogfood our new products
