About the role
- AI-assisted exploration: Use generative tools to rapidly iterate on interface concepts, moodboards, and user flows, exploring a wider range of directions in less time.
- Rapid prototyping: Design functional, high-fidelity prototypes using modern “prompt-to-design” and “prompt-to-code” tools to validate ideas before development.
- Maintain an intelligent design system: Contribute to the evolution of our Figma design system by integrating AI-enhanced components and automated documentation.
- Design audits: Use AI-driven audit tools to ensure visual consistency, accessibility compliance, and adherence to UX best practices across our product suite.
- Collaborate and align: Work with PMs and developers to ensure your designs are not only aesthetic but also technically feasible and aligned with our strategic objectives.
- User research synthesis: Use LLMs to synthesize user research and usability test data, turning raw feedback into actionable insights.
- Be proactive: We value "speed to insight." Don’t wait for permission to optimize a workflow or improve the user experience.

- Experience with an AI-augmented design stack (e.g., Magic Patterns, Figma Make, Relume, Loveable, Framer AI, or similar tools).
- Proficiency with language models (LLMs) for content generation, user research synthesis, and workflow automation.
