About the role
- Serve as a primary hands-on creative contributor across assigned accounts, producing polished, on-brand deliverables with a high level of precision and cohesion
- Design and refine client-facing PowerPoint presentations with intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Support design needs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva at an intermediate level
- Apply a strong eye for design across typography, color, layout, and visual systems
- Conduct thorough quality control and review of creative work to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Own creative project management from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines and approvals are met
- Coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
- Manage prioritization and resourcing across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain deep familiarity with each client’s brand architecture and messaging priorities
- Proactively identify brand risks and recommend solutions that protect brand integrity
- Maintain and organize global creative assets, ensuring rigorous version control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- 4-7+ years of experience in a design-forward creative project management or brand management role
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
- Strong design judgment with a refined eye for typography, color, layout, and visual balance
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated cohesion proficiency across multiple deliverables and programs
- Client-service mindset with comfort interfacing directly with external stakeholders
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; experience with project management or asset management tools is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
