About the role
- Preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports
- Participating in the control process of financial transactions and financial reporting across all departments
- Monitor manufacturing cost structures including standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation
- Analyze production metrics, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption
- Participation to yearly budget planning, long-term business planning
- Collaborating closely with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Financial Management
- Experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial planning & analysis (Big4 is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, Turkish accounting principles
- An excellent command of written and spoken English grammar is a must
- Advanced level of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO or SAP/S4HANA
