About the role
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and production cost planning
- Monitor manufacturing costs, COGS, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures
- Support procurement and supply chain with financial analysis
- Implement financial controls and advise management on performance and risks
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISMS, and ISO management system requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Finance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
