About the role

  • Monitor and process new requests for minor product modifications with R&D (Hardware and Software);
  • Support the sales team regarding product features and applications;
  • Create and manage product variants — SAP system reports;
  • Communicate product updates to Marketing and Technical Support teams;
  • Assess product changes driven by improvements and manufacturing process optimizations;
  • Plan and oversee product validations and approvals with customers;
  • Handle administrative tasks such as SAP records, payments, invoices, among others;
  • Manage procedures, manuals, process flows and other system documents related to the activity;
  • Conduct national and international market analyses, gathering competitor information, published technical specifications, and preparing scenario studies for business cases;
  • Research synergies with Landis+Gyr products from other regions to apply in the South American market.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering
  • Communication systems (radio frequency, cellular)
  • IoT
  • Computer networking concepts
  • Advantage: familiarity with software platforms and programming languages.
