About the role
- Manage end-to-end projects ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide professional support services to internal and external customers in accordance with maintenance and service agreements.
- Lead technical investigations to identify root causes (diagnosis and test system issues), implement corrective actions, and establish preventative measures/protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee application issue resolution in functionality faults, including installation, upgrades, and ongoing support for critical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in engineering, science or IT.
- At least 5 years customer service and/or service delivery experience for telecommunication, utility and IoT systems.
- Experience in working with solutions involving both software and hardware.
- A broad technical understanding of smart metering, communications and Internet of Things (IoT) applications and systems.
- Experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of devices in the utility sector.
- Project Management experience on major projects.
