About the role
- Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability
- Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects
- Lead instance cloning activities
- Create and maintain the required internal ServiceNow documentation
- Manage and Commit update sets
- Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups
- Execute the platform maintenance tasks defined on internal documents
- Resolve platform related Incidents
- Implement and support the required ServiceNow integrations
- Implement changes and support the ITSM solution
- Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members
- Be a backup person to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge in Platform Administration, ITSM, and Integrations
- Experience with CMDB, SecOps, and Discovery is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an international environment.
