Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (ATF) for ServiceNow applications, ensuring adequate coverage of all modules and functionalities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define testing objectives
Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them
Create and maintain test data and environments
Lead a team of testers, providing support and mentoring to junior professionals when needed
Work with the applications team and/or the client to resolve issues identified during testing
Analyze testing requirements, design and execute corresponding test cases
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in automated testing with ServiceNow ATF
Other routine duties as required.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with configuration, maintenance, and ATF testing on the ServiceNow platform
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow development (ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)
Familiarity with integration and continuous deployment tools (CI/CD)
Micro ATF ServiceNow certification
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow ATF
Experience testing Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and integrations in general
Strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes
Broad knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, S2P, WSD, and others
Proficiency in creating ATF test plans, cases, and scripts
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks based on ServiceNow ATF
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Language: Advanced conversational English
