About the role
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within top-tier banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies
- Drive complex sales cycles from initial discovery to closing
- Develop and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and case usage presentations
- Prepare compelling customer proposals and navigate complex contract terms
- Partner with internal Product and Customer Success teams
- Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity (Salesforce)
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful sales experience
- Proven track record of selling SaaS or compliance technology specifically to financial institutions
- A self-motivated closer who is disciplined
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Deep experience implementing modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
- Advanced skills in managing CRM tools (Salesforce)
- The ability to analyze complex data and identify red flags for clients
- A consistent history of meeting and exceeding annual sales goals
