About the role

  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within top-tier banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies
  • Drive complex sales cycles from initial discovery to closing
  • Develop and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and case usage presentations
  • Prepare compelling customer proposals and navigate complex contract terms
  • Partner with internal Product and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS or compliance technology specifically to financial institutions
  • A self-motivated closer who is disciplined
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Deep experience implementing modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Advanced skills in managing CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • The ability to analyze complex data and identify red flags for clients
  • A consistent history of meeting and exceeding annual sales goals
